Unproductive (Training Status)
Your training load is at a good level, but your fitness is decreasing. Your body may be struggling to recover, so you should pay attention to your overall health including stress, nutrition, and rest.

at lest in recovery (not Unproductive as above). Stress score measure when you strep the heart rate sensor at your chest and stand still for 3 minutes. Reading score from 1 to 100, 1 least stress and 100 "mental stress gila" haha! ;)
