Mountain Biking during Ramadhan
Although my road bike is already frozen in the freezer, my mountain bike is still hot and moving about.

I went to Raub Mining Palm Oil Estate yesterday. Moderate 40-minute spins at the undulating estate road that borders the Raub Australian Gold Mining (RAGM). Famous for using cyanide to extract gold.

The road to the right brings you to Raub Oil Mill, and the left to Raub Golf Course.
