Carbo Loading

Carbohydrate loading should begin 2 days before the event, not like this...
We local cyclists just like to eat, stop at the gap rest area, and feast on Nasi Lemak, Mee Sup, Burger, etc. When the time to conquer the remaining 8km to Fraser Hill clock tower, our stomachs are already full and our legs feel heavy.
