Recently I heard a grinding sound when the level is adjusted at no 5 - the highest resistance. I suspect the magnets are too close to the metal plate and scratch it.
It is proven when I opened the roller unit, there were circular markings on the metal plate that contact with magnets.
Now I can't use that 5th-level resistance.
